Founded in 2010 as a Software Company, provided small business software solutions including POS Software, Inventory Software, Lending Software among others. The Company did not open an office till May 2011. At this point, the founders were still in school and had to hire an office admin to handle calls and communication while in class.

By January 2016, our journey took an exciting turn. In addition to focusing on the primary product Jisort, (- a lending and microfinance automation software) we were developing websites as a side venture to help with the bills. We used to host the websites with three different companies. However, our clients expressed dissatisfaction with the hosting level of service: the computing resources, support availability, and pricing models across these hosting providers.

Motivated to address these challenges, we embarked on a journey to engineer an innovative managed cloud service platform. Our aim was clear: to ensure our clients receive reliable, powerful, and innovative managed cloud hosting with at least 99.9% uptime.

We felt customers deserved 24/7 support through phone, email, chat, and tickets within their budget. This quest led to the founding of Truehost Cloud.

Truehost Cloud has emerged as a top cloud hosting provider regionally over the years. After years of providing cloud hosting solutions, and engaging with customers we realized the most important problem that had to be solved was getting businesses in emerging markets to succeed online. Our commitment to the success of our customers has been a tremendous journey this far.
